- The use of marijuana or any other drugs;
- Large, noisy crowds.
Recommended diet:
- Salads with vegetable oil, grains cooked in water, vegetarian soups, chicken. Potatoes are also acceptable.
- The best beverages are herbal teas such as linden, oregano, chamomile, thyme, and eucalyptus.
- From fruits: apples and bananas are the best choices.
Mental and emotional preparation:
- Try to limit excessive communication as much as possible. During the preparation period, it is essential to connect with yourself, conserve energy, and monitor your emotional state. Aim to achieve a calm, balanced, and harmonious mindset. This balanced state will help you successfully navigate the retreat.
Medications:
- Reduce or completely stop taking medications if possible. For more detailed information, refer to our Medical Guidelines.
