Ayahuasca: What You Didn’t Know

Employees of the world’s largest companies have become regular participants in our Ayahuasca ceremonies. Few people know that corporations such as Apple, Amazon, British American Tobacco, Hennessy & Moët Chandon, Volkswagen, Shell, Hewlett Packard, Juan Valdez, and others regularly send their key employees to Ayahuasca retreats.

As one representative of these companies who attends our rituals said: “There is nothing more effective than participating in an Ayahuasca ceremony for employees. In altered states of consciousness, creative ideas are born, non-standard approaches to solving business challenges are found, and new perspectives on company development open up. We usually organize such retreats for employee groups before launching key products.” Ayahuasca, translated from Quechua (the language of the ancient Incas), means “vine of the spirits.” This brew is made from the vine and the plant Chakruna, which grow exclusively in Latin America, and it is the main element of the ceremony. The shamans of Amazonian tribes have been using Ayahuasca for centuries to communicate with spirits and gain vital life knowledge, find right solutions, enhance intuition, and heal both body and soul. The main component of the brew is the vine Banisteriopsis caapi, which contains a psychoactive substance. However, Ayahuasca is not considered a drug, but a sacred medicine. It does not cause addiction or lead to harmful consequences. Visually, the brew resembles thick chocolate, but its taste is that of a bitter herbal elixir. Just a few sips are enough for full immersion. It is not recommended to drink water afterward, so as not to dilute the effects. The impact begins about 40 minutes after taking it. You can learn more about the ceremony on our website.

How Does Ayahuasca Work During a Retreat?

Ayahuasca retreats are a powerful tool for expanding consciousness and working on the deep levels of the psyche. Rational Level. During the ceremony, the rational mind does not disappear but takes a back seat, allowing what lies beyond it to emerge. Emotional and Sensory Level. This is where emotions and feelings begin to awaken, ones that may have been suppressed or dormant for a long time. Physical Level. Many underestimate the importance of the body in this process. The strong vomiting (purging) that may occur during the ritual is seen not as a physiological reaction but as psychic cleansing. The body releases energetic blockages and accumulated negativity. Soul or Core of the Personality. This is the deepest and most essential dimension, and the reason people come to Ayahuasca retreats. You gain access to your subconscious, where the answers to your most important internal questions lie. Psychologists present at the ceremonies help participants understand their internal behavioral patterns, shedding light on the causes of their problems and the paths to solving them. This is not only a psychological aspect but also a metaphysical one. The ancient Incas believed that what lies beyond thought (what Freud later called the unconscious) has a connection with the cosmos. Through the personal unconscious, a path to the higher Universal power is revealed. In practice, this means that participants gain access to an infinite energy source, which they can draw upon for the rest of their lives. The connection with the divine, established through Ayahuasca, remains forever. In addition to traditional ceremonies, we conduct Ayahuasca rituals as part of special programs designed for treating addiction, alcoholism, diabetes, and other diseases.
